In short: disconnect the account in PostJe, or remove PostJe from your Facebook or Threads settings, and the data is deleted straight away. For anything else, send the form below and we finish within 30 days.

1. What PostJe keeps from Meta

When a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account or Threads profile is connected to PostJe, we keep:

Its name, username, profile picture link and ID.
An access token that lets PostJe publish on its behalf (encrypted at rest).
The ID of the person who connected it, so we can find it if they ask us to delete it.
For posts PostJe published: the post ID and link the network returned, and any error message.

We do not read your messages, followers, friends or private profile information.

2. Remove it yourself, right away

In PostJe

Go to Social accounts and choose Disconnect next to the account. Its access token is deleted at once and PostJe can no longer post to it.

From Facebook or Instagram

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites). Find PostJe, choose Remove, and tick the option to delete data. Facebook tells us, we delete the accounts you connected and their tokens straight away, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code you can check below.

From Threads

In Threads, open Settings, then Account, then Website permissions. Find PostJe and choose Remove. Threads tells us and we delete your connected profile and its token.

3. What is deleted, and what stays

Deleted: access tokens, account names, usernames and pictures, and the link between the account and you.
If you ask to delete your whole PostJe account, we also delete your name, email and sign-in, and remove you from every company. Companies where you are the only owner are closed and their content deleted.
Kept: invoices and payment records, which Malaysian law requires us to keep for 7 years, and audit log entries a company needs for its own records, without your personal details.
Posts already published stay on Facebook, Instagram and Threads. Delete them there; PostJe cannot remove them once you have disconnected.

4. Ask us to delete your data

Use this form for anything you cannot do yourself, or email [email protected]. We reply from that address within 2 business days to confirm it is you, then finish within 30 days.

5. Check a request
